Queenstown is a town in the southwest of the South Island of New Zealand. About 29,000 people live there (in 2025). About 2–3 million people visit Queenstown on holiday each year.

There are many things to do in Queenstown. You can go snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, or bungee jumping. You can also walk in the mountains, enjoy the views, go shopping, or eat and drink in the town centre. You can go on a day trip to visit nearby towns like Glenorchy, Arrowtown, and Wānaka.

If you enjoy fun activities and beautiful scenery, you will love Queenstown.
