An Auckland Beach
When people think of Auckland, they often think of the city, the Sky Tower, and awful traffic. Many people don’t know this, but there are lots of beautiful beaches in Auckland.
My favourite beach in Auckland is Arkles Bay Beach. It is sheltered there so the sea is always calm. I love going there in the afternoon and staying until the early evening because I can watch the sunset while I go for a swim. It is never crowded at Arkles Bay Beach, which makes it even more special.
When I go to the beach, I usually take a towel, a beach chair, a book and a speaker. Sometimes I take some snacks, like fruit, crackers or chips.
Arkles Bay Beach is the perfect place to relax.
